(Taco Loco Cantina – Mt Albert & Taco Loco Westmere – Westmere)
 

1.⁠ ⁠Voucher validity  
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
 

2.⁠ ⁠Non‑refundable purchase  
All voucher sales are final. Vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by New Zealand law.
 

3.⁠ ⁠Redemption conditions  
Vouchers may be redeemed in one transaction only at:
•⁠  ⁠Taco Loco Cantina – Mt Albert
•⁠  ⁠Taco Loco Westmere – Westmere  
•⁠  ⁠Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
 

4.⁠ ⁠Lost or stolen vouchers  
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase and remaining validity can be verified.
 

5.⁠ ⁠Non‑transferable  
Vouchers are not transferable, resellable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or tips.
 

6.⁠ ⁠Booking requirements  
For large groups or special events, bookings may be required. Voucher use must be mentioned at the time of booking.
 

7.⁠ ⁠Exclusions  
Vouchers cannot be used for:
•⁠  ⁠Third‑party delivery platforms
•⁠  ⁠Catering orders unless explicitly stated
•⁠  ⁠Promotional or discounted items
 

8.⁠ ⁠Digital voucher delivery  
Digital vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
•⁠  ⁠The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the email address is correct.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery times may vary depending on payment processing.
•⁠  ⁠If the voucher email is not received, the purchaser must contact the restaurant with proof of purchase for re‑issue.
•⁠  ⁠The restaurant is not responsible for vouchers lost due to incorrect email entry or spam filtering.
 

9.⁠ ⁠Fraudulent or unauthorised payments  
If a voucher is purchased using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised credit/eftpos card, Taco Loco reserves the right to:
•⁠  ⁠Void the voucher immediately
•⁠  ⁠Decline redemption
•⁠  ⁠Request additional proof of purchase or identity
•⁠  ⁠Recover the value of any goods or services already redeemed
•⁠  ⁠Taco Loco may cooperate with banks, payment processors, and law enforcement in investigating fraudulent transactions.
 

10.⁠ ⁠Fraud prevention  
Taco Loco reserves the right to refuse vouchers that appear altered, duplicated, or fraudulent.
 

11.⁠ ⁠Changes to terms  
Taco Loco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of redemption applies.
