TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Taco Loco Burrito Cart Catering Service provides between 80 and 150 burritos for events within the Auckland region. Clients may choose between a self‑service drop‑off and pick‑up option or a staffed service for an additional fee.
1. Service Area
This service is available exclusively within Auckland. Taco Loco does not deliver or operate the Burrito Cart outside this region.
2. Cart Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up (Self‑Service)
For self‑service events, Taco Loco will deliver the burrito cart at the agreed time and collect it after the event. Clients must ensure safe and legal access for delivery and pick‑up, and provide a stable, level surface for cart placement. Any damage to the cart or equipment during the event may incur repair or replacement charges.
3. Staffed Service Option
If a staffed service is selected, a Taco Loco team member will serve burritos for the agreed duration. Additional staffing hours may incur extra charges. Staff may refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate conditions.
4. Menu, Quantity & Minimum Order
The minimum order is 80 burritos, with a maximum capacity of 150 burritos per booking. Menu selections and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Customisation may incur additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required by the date stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be refunded, minus any pre‑purchased ingredients. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged up to 100% of the invoice amount. Weather‑related cancellations for outdoor events will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
7. Food Safety
For self‑service events, the client is responsible for ensuring burritos are consumed within safe timeframes. Taco Loco is not liable for food safety issues arising after drop‑off.
8. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Payments
If payment is made using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised credit/eftpos card, Taco Loco may cancel the booking, refuse service, request proof of identity or purchase, and recover costs for any goods or services already provided. Taco Loco may cooperate with banks and law enforcement when required.
9. Liability
Taco Loco is not liable for venue‑related issues, damages caused by guests or third parties, or delays caused by traffic, road closures, or unforeseen events. Liability is limited to the value of the catering service purchased.
10. Changes to Terms
Taco Loco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of booking applies.
